Laura Linney

Laura Linney was born in New York in New York on the 5th of February 1964. She is an American actor who is well-known for her ability to portray tough characters, but also fragile. Linney is from a theatre heritage, her father wrote plays Romulus Linney. Linney studied at the Arts Theatre School at Moscow before graduating with an M.F.A. from Juilliard School. New York City was her first stop in 1990. The actress began performing on Broadway in the very first week, and soon received praise for her performances on Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) and Hedda Galer.
